The take it out! Bathroom Reno

It all begins with an outdated bathroom. its was that one room that the customer could not stand. there isn’t much room to move with the vanity and everything else in the room. que the demo!

Next was when we first finding the additional issues. the plan was to only pull the walls where the tile is going and go over the old floor. With mold, deteriorating plaster and rotten sub floors the bathroom was in much worse shape that originally expected.

The Kerdi was added and the homeowner really wanted to make sure everything was done right. new plumbing was ran and plywood added to support the new flooring. once we got to tile the sailing got a lot smother.

The finished result took longer but everyone was excited with the new space. the black and white scheme makes it look modern but timeless. also the pedestal sink adds a bigger feel. Everything was worth the finished product. this one is Off The List!
